"As a native St. Louisan, I am particular about where I want to will be ok with staying when in town and Patricia's place could not be more perfect. The location is perfect for any traveling throughout the metro area and for your everyday errands. The neighborhood is ultra-safe as we already knew, but also observed during our week there. Entry was easy as was communication with the host, who is very responsive. The house itself is amazingly cute, well-kept, clean, and lacks for nothing. Off street parking is also a big plus. We utilized the kitchen for every meal and were not disappointed; it had every implement we needed. Our dog (and we) also loved the fenced back yard after 2-day car trip. Overall, our family of 3 plus dog were very pleased and will absolutely be back!"

Patricia's house was absolutely perfect for what we were needing. Me, my wife, our 2 year old daughter and 2 year old Aussie were looking for a home to stay in during our travel nursing contract. We came across her listing and she immediately responded to our inquiry. She communicated with us very efficiently until move In day and then checked in every once in awhile to make sure we were doing okay or needed anything. We had a problem with the mantle not being secured to the wall properly, and she had someone there within a few hours.

Everything she describes in the listing is there, and even more. The neighborhood and neighbors are very peaceful, the yard is big and beautiful. If you're in town for one night or more I couldn't recommend a better place!"
